I can't say enough great things about this dental practice. It is SO obvious how much Dr. Martin only hires the best staff who truly believe in caring for patients...I agreed to let a dental assistant shadow my hygenist, and found out it was his third day of interviews. They don't want to hire him until they know for sure how well he communicates with patients....talk about being passionate about customer service! My experience was great! I love how well everyone treated me and how informative Kris was! She really knew her stuff! :) My only complaint Is the length of time the whole process took. Other than that Village Dental at Greystone have a patient in me!
My recent appointment was longer than expected but all of the staff took time to check with me about everything from the financing for the crown and the replacement of a very old filling. I also signed up for the whitening process and, after 4 days can already see a slight change in the color of my teeth.
I wish I had an option on the cleaning polish. I'm not a big fan of cinnamon
