I have been to many different dentists over the years and I must say that village dental is by far hands down the best that I have ever been to. The staff is extremely courteous, outgoing, and friendly. There accommodations are exceptional. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and helps take the edge off if you previously had bad experiences with the dentist. I will recommend village dental to everyone who is looking for a dentist. Thank you so much for your excellent care.
Appointment was very long for a new patient cleaning & exam. I arrived 15 minutes early for appointment with all paperwork filled out. Was at office a total of 2.5 hours due to having to wait for Dentist for exam and then for a hygienist to become available.
The staff there are wonderful, and the service was great. I definitely will be a patient from here on out. I had plenty of questions, and they had an answer to each one. Thanks so much ladies.... :)
As always, very professional, attentive.
All of the staff were super friendly and made my daughter feel very at ease. The hygienist took the time to explain everything they were doing and tell her what all the tools were for and would feel like. The dentist seemed in a hurry and didnt ask if I had any questions or concerns which i found odd, but other than that everyone was wonderful!
Pleasant atmosphere.. Staff were all super nice & knowledgeable. I received a very thorough breakdown of all required procedures w detailed pricing to know what to expect for budgeting purposes. Hate that I waited so long to go!
The staff was very friendly, the lobby was upgraded and very nice, and the whole establishment was very clean. I will definitely be back!
Had major work done and was under IV sedation. Very pleased w staff and results. No pain during or after. As constructive criticism. I was surprised to see that you ran my credit card for the entire bill ($5066) on January 4th when the procedure wasn't until Monday, January 11. (It appeared on statement closing January 7). That was a week early and I thought it would be run the day services were rendered. While under sedation, I was asked if I wanted gold or porcelain. Everyone did all they could to make me comfortable. It was a long procedure, but my comfort was always foremost in the mind of everyone. Since my daughter was waiting on me, I would like to have someone give her an update on how much longer I would be. Thanks!
