It was awesome! Love the folks at Village Dental. Very competent, informative, and supportive through all aspects of care.
I found this place online and am so glad I went here. The staff is nice and always willing to help and answer questions. They printed out a summary of my insurance coverage for me and before anything is done, they give me a list of the costs including the total cost, how much is covered by insurance, and how much is coming out of my pocket. There is a friendly atmosphere about it and I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.
From the moment I walked in the door until the end of my procedure I was treated with the utmost care. I am a fearful dental patient, never less than 5+ years between visits, but Village Dental calmed me and provided a level of understanding of my fears from the start. Dr. Suggs met with me prior to working on my dental issue and explained how he would be proceed. My first visit was wonderful. The staff was friendly, I recieved more than one option for my problem. They were fast and efficient. I've been to two other dentist in the past 2 years. One was great, but very expensive. The other one, treated me like I was a bother; and gave me not so great service. Today my appointment was affordable and they will be saving me $1300 worth of future work.... Thanks for everything. You will be hearing from me soon. .
I have been here a few times now. The first time I went in for the New Patient free exam, x-rays and treatment plan. They got everything all together for me and showed my different ways of handling finances for my wisdom teeth extractions and some fillings. I opted for IV Sedation for my wisdom teeth- it went very smoothly and everything healed over very well. I had some bad, impacted wisdom teeth and it seemed like it was nothing for Dr. Martin. I really enjoyed my time this morning at Village Dental at Greystone. From the second I stepped in the door, I was greeted with kind smiles and friendly people. I felt comfortable from beginning to end, and overall, it was just a great experience. I have found my dentist in the area!
The staff is friendly and greets everyone as they enter the door. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and everyone made sure all my questions were answered and made me feel right at home. Dentist M. Martin has a sweet personality and was very informative and eased my fears and made sure I understood and agreed with every procedure. I do not like going to the dentist but you all made me want to return. God Bless you all!!! Gerri
I began my visits by describing how pain IS NOT my friend!! The staff were more than sensitive to me. Dr. Maya went 110% above my expectations with a frontal filling and Dr. Sugg is the most gentle, thorough dentist I've been to. I'm just glad that I've found since moving to Raleigh. I have no doubt that i will have a beautiful smile shortly.
Professional and friendly staff always helpful. This is the place to get your dental work :-)
