Dr. Welfare and his staff are absolutely the best. He has been taking care of our thirteen year old dog for years, and has saved her from multi-organ failure twice. Against all odds, Dr. Welfare recently was able to take all of a cancerous tumor from her leg, saving her for a third time. He was so skilled, that none of the complications he anticipated happened, and we have our wonderfully healthy dog back. Dr. Welfare is the best. My 2 year old golden Bailey just spent a weekend undergoing care, he was a very sick puppy and now he's bouncing around feeling great. I am so thankful for Dr. Welfare and his awesome staff for making my baby well. And a special shoutout to Mac, you are awesome.
Dr. Carlson and Mac are wonderful with our dogs. I love coming here when they need to.
Took my parents cat in today, he was seen by Dr.Byrd and his Assistant Arielle who was super awesome! They took great care or the cat, explained our options for care very clearly. The office was very clean and neat. Staff very friendly as well. Already booked appointments for our other animals :) .
We found Dr. Welfare when we moved to the Springs about a year ago. At the same time we had just rescued an epileptic German Shepherd from California. Dr. Welfare and and his team have been spot on with care and treatment for both of our dogs but especially our special needs dog. He has met with us on numerous occasions without an appointment. The compassion and level of care are just a few reasons he will be our vet for many years to come Thank you very much Dr. Welfare and your team. I highly recommend you!
