Although the atmosphere is great, I have had a terrible experience on follow up communication from the front office. I have had a non working shower in one of the bathrooms for 2 months. Maintenance came out one time and identified the issue but I have not heard from them or the front office since. I have called numerous times about this issue and i’m continuously told that they will follow up but I never receive a call back. Wonderful living area, but there has been a high amount of crime in the area recently. I have seen little action from the people in charge or concern. All we get is letters saying our safety is our own responsibility. Our apartment was broken into and my wife’s car window was smashed in last week. She had nothing in her car to attract attention. I would like to see action on the communities side, like hiring a beat cop, extra lights, cameras etc. Until then I do not recommend anyone living here due to safety concerns, and la... read more
