Came in for an emergency situation. Called and went right in. Everyone was very great. I will be a patient forever!!!
Everyone at the office gets a five star rating.
It truly was a pain-free experience and this is the coward of all cowards when it comes to the dentist. I had almost no wait time (less than 2 minutes) when I got to the office.
First visit. Made the appointment from a close friend that had work done in the last 2 weeks. The entire staff made me feel like I was a life long patient. Courtesy, smiles and kind words from the time I came through the door. This is a great place.
Dr. Cherpak always makes me feel at ease. He and his staff are wonderful
Friendly staff, explained procedures well and did not feel rushed.
In the waiting room need to get rid of Television and just have music-----TV is too loud and annoying and distracting when filling out forms. A more zen environment is needed in this area. It`s just my opinion. Dr Ballentine is extremely thorough in explanation of what is needed for the patients care and uses the latest of technology to explain. Also is a perfectionist !
This was my 1 St visit after being recommended by a friend. Dr. Ballentine and his wife were great. Very professional, supportive and compassionate. No discomfort during the procedure and recovery has been fine. I think you're in good hands .
Everyone is very friendly and efficent . Appointments are very much on time.
