Well run and busy office. My first visit, as we recently moved to Florida. Everything was top notch. My only minor complaint was the length of time until my filling appt due to how busy the office is. However, I was placed on a "wait list" should anyone cancel their appt, so I may get in quicker than currently scheduled.

Completly appreciate the Dr. and staff explaining and prepping me for what to expect with each step. The chairs need updated to be more ergonomic (arms are lacking sling to hold elbows when you are upside down (laying back) and for someone who has lower back chronic issues after sitting in the chairs (3 diffrent ones) in 2 hours my body was not happy. Other than that, I have been very happy with this office and the staff. Thank you for your positive hospitality.

I wasn't taken on-time for the examination of the dentist, but more frustrating was the fact that I was required to return to the waiting room (for a considerable amount of time) to see the hygienist.

Ken we are sorry to hear we were running behind as you were in both schedules sometimes the next provider isn't ready when you are finished with the first. Normally we will tell you ahead of time if we are running behind so I also apologize if that did not happen as well. Hopefully aside from that your visit went as well as possible. We appreciate your feedback as it gives us the opportunity to grow moving forward.
My favorite hygienist at this office is Berkling, she is the best! Cleans very thoroughly. Definitely recommend.

I felt I was in a very friendly caring environment. The office carpet was spotted and dirty.
