My first phone call was positive. The receptionists listened to my concern and gave me an appointment for the very next day. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and not short with me, and I always appreciate that. Dr. Ballentine was very professional and patient as I asked him questions about the problems I was having with the fillings performed by other dentists.
