Amazingly friendly staff. I put an inquiry in online for a broken tooth. The next morning I had an email and brainstormed on when I could get in the same day. I have been there 4 times in the past month and everyone is so nice. for someone who has anxiety going to the dentist the doctor talks you through everything he does and there is never any pain. I would hands down recommend!!!

Had a emergency at 11:30am on a Friday, called them and they got me right in. I was out by 12:30 PM. had me all done by Monday, and I wasn't even a customer! Well you can bet I am now.
What a nice office with nice people. Would recommend to anyone looking for a kind and caring team. Dr. Brown is transparent with what he is doing at every moment and is very calming.
The cement from my permanent retaining wire came loose a couple days ago and I was referred to North Pointe because I couldn’t get in any place else and me bothering it only made matters worse. I called and was given a 4:10 appointment that same day! There was no hemming and hawing, the receptionist was pleasant and efficient.
