Everyone here has always been friendly and helpful. When I had a problem they could not fix, they were honest and referred me elsewhere. They have never tried to convince me I had a problem when I did not. They have helped me find a mouthwash I can use and a toothpaste that works. While my teeth and gums aren't really pain sensitive, I have always had a very quick gag reflex at previous dentists coming at least once sometimes 2 or 3 times each teeth cleaning. My toddler just had his first dentist appointment and it went wonderfully! The staff made him giggle and were very fast so he didn't get frustrated. What a great experience!

The facility is clean and smells so good. I love the waiting room and you can relax like you are home. The attention you get is superb. They remember things about you and make those connections. Everyone is detail oriented and thorough. The dentist sets expectations of your visit, pre and post- op. All interactions are friendly and personalized.
I was so impressed in my first visit to Dental Pointe. The staff were professional and courteous. The dental team were kind and patient. I struggle with a lot of dental anxiety and the team were so supportive in helping me feel calm. They truly went above and beyond, greatly exceeding my expectations. I would recommend their office to anyone!
