I did in fact do business with you — I paid for my daughter to live there. Trying to dismiss my review by claiming I wasn’t a resident is misleading. You accepted my money, and that makes me a customer. My review stands, and I hope this clarifies things.
if I had a nickel for every time the maintenance people entered my house without telling me, i’d have enough money to break the lease and move to a better place. every once in a while i come home to find some furniture moved a little and my cats startled. i call the office and im like “what did you do” and they’re like “oh we had maintenance in there :)” and im like “why didn’t you tell me” and they go “idk haha”. very awesome to have my tenant rights violated and the receptionist or maintenance doesn’t seem to know basic le... read more
When I first moved in, this place seemed like a steal. Low rent and close enough to campus. However, the problems started very soon after moving in. It was a hassle trying to get our pet paperwork in for the furst apartment. We sent it 3 times, just for them to say they never recieved it. Also, as someone else mentioned, we also had money stolen from us. We were charged for the full months rent one our first lease, when we didn't move in until the end of the month. We were told that we wouldn't pay our last months rent when ... read more
