Avoid at all costs. Run!
Nightmare of an application process. It somehow took the landlord 3 months to process it even though she told me multiple times that a lot of apartments were empty+available and that she wanted to fill them ASAP.
If you’re considering renting here please read all of the 1 star reviews, all of the 5 stars are fake.
Avoid at all costs, do NOT let the cheap cost fool you.
Beware. All I'm going to say is that while the rent is reasonable, you pay for that in having a meddlesome and controlling manager/landlord.
