I’ve lived at north point apt for a year now and it’s been absolutely great! It’s quiet and everybody is friendly. The staff is very professional and during these hard times they have been extremely flexible. I certainly recommend north point to anybody looking for a new apt

I have never had an issue during the 2 years living here until recently- it took 3 maintenance requests & 2 visits to get my washer fixed, other than that its been great! the complex is very well kept & everyone in the office are sweethearts! sadly due to covid decreasing my hours at work, its now out of my price range. if I had the money, I would still be here!

I have been here for almost a year and I love it! Perfect little apt community..very nice apts, well kept lawns, they allow pets u pay a little bit of an extra fee every month but what place doesn't charge now a days. the pool is always very clean. close to shopping centers & restaurants & industrial jobs.
I’ve lived here for over 4 years now and it has been a great experience! The maintenance and office staff are wonderful & I love the view of the pond from my 3rd floor apartment! The location is great with easy access to stores, restaurants, and travel via the toll road!
