Therapy can be a scary thing to want to start. Sometimes you talk yourself out of trying it and that was me. But once I had the courage to just rip the band aid off, Cindy was there to patch me up from day 1. Cindy has been my therapist for a year and a half & she has shown me nothing but compassion, constructive criticism & loving encouraging ways to better my mental health.
