From my perfect results from multiple Jaw surgeries, my kids wisdom teeth extractions and recently my dental implant - five stars are not enough. Waited until patient was in the chair with novacane injected to tell her that insurance would not cover the procedure. Refused to work with patient in any way. Horrible practice.
