Diane and Dr. Singh removed all 4 wisdom teeth, w minimal bruising and swelling, it was the best surgery and recovery I've ever had, thank you!!!
Just left from having an extraction, was painless, quick and my tech Dianne was so nice, checking on me and answering all my questions as was Dr Singh. Will definitely go back for any further dental needs �

North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery in one word: Amazing. I've been working with Dr. Roccia having a tooth implant put in and a few ruptured wisdom teeth pulled. I put off going to any form of dentistry for too many years but Dr. Roccia and his staff have gone out of there way to make the experience as painless as possible. My son had wisdom teeth extraction done today. He was taken back right at appointment time. He was a bit nervous but Diane was very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Roccia did an excellent job and reassured him everything went smoothly. The appointment, from registering to discharge, was pleasant and timely. I would recommend NPOS to anyone. Thank you Dr Roccia and Diane for the great care while there. Also Dr. Roccia called personally to check on him later in the day.
I took my oldest son there today to have his wisdom teeth and one canine extracted. The doctor and staff were wonderful, friendly, and explained everything to us in great detail. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place for oral surgery.
Ive been to alot of dentist and had alot of teeth removed and this is the best place by far and my nurse was absolutely wonderful and the doctor told me what he was doing before he did it. Wish i could make them my regular dentist.
