My mother has dementia and the staff there is just amazing! My caregiver was given a room to rest while my mother was being treated. So much patience and care. Great follow up,
Was warmly greeted and office staff checked all my records for updates. The Dental Hygienist was friendly and methodical in her treatment and protocols and also scheduled my next visit that was convienient for all parties. Checking out was just as gracious and helpful. All the staff are friendly and supportive to all. Gratefully appreciated. Thank you.
Hygienist was very nice and informative. Dentist advised veneers may need to be replaced in the near future and explained the materials. Very appreciative of the discount offered since I had them done at North Penn previously. Sorry i forget everyone's names. Receptionist is stellar. Always a great experience!
