Everyone here is just as friendly as when I was a kid! They were so great with my son for his 1st appointment! They are so great at making going to the dentist fun!

Dr. Katie is AMAZING!!! Our 9 year old is terrified of going to the dentist and requires a lot of extra time, encouragement and patience. Dr. Katie provided all that and more. In speaking with Dr. Katie after her dental work, at not time did she seem frustrated or annoyed with my daughter. I know this can be challenging and we are so appreciative of her care and concern. She even called at the end of the day to make sure my daughter was feeling ok. What great customer service!!! The staff is great as well!!! Thank you!!!

Awesome place. Been going here since I was a kid and now send our kids here. They also gave us a $10 chic fil a gift card because they were running behind on our sons last appointment also because they felt bad. Who doesn’t love chic fil a?!?! Our kids love the prizes after the appointments also! Definitely miss having the game systems in their though .. but that’s okay! 5 stars to the MAX for the whole team @ North Penn Pediatric Dental Associates!!!!

They will try to rip you off. Tell you they are doing 1 thing and submit to your insurance. Day of changed procedures- don't resubmit - have you pay other estimate - then expect you to pay the higher amount still do when you've already paid. it's been a nightmare dealing with the office to figure it out.

I’m so happy and excited after my first visit. The staff was so professional and friendly. The hygienist was so wonderful with my son. They were highly recommended to me by a coworker. After my visit they sent me email for follow up appointment and treatment plans. So Happy. Steve M
