I had been suffering from severe shoulder pain for the past few months, to the point where I couldn’t move my arm, and the pain was especially unbearable at night. Whatever you do avoid, appointments with Laughlin the nurse practitioner. Wasted appointment and ended up at ER a day later. If she'd have tried to actually diagnose a problem instead of ranting about overprescribed antibiotics we wouldn't have had to spend money in the ER. Who hires these wack jobs anyway?
