It’s almost impossible to ever reach them! They never answer their voicemail, takes forever to check-in for appointments, and you’re lucky if they ever answer your phone call in the first 3 tries.
4-1-2021. Update... I am now in the belief that if you can leave a message, no one listens. I needed an appointment and missed their return call. I called left another message with ALL my availability. They should LISTEN to the message instead of saying “ returning your call”. I invested over 45 minutes in wait time from work trying to reach them. They have the NERVE to defend themselves with , “ we did call back”. I know COVID has made it difficult for a lot of people, but the service is unacceptable. The admin staff are helpful but as far as actual care goes, there’s a lot to be desired. I called in got an appointment, explained my symptoms I was having for a week. It was assumed I had COVID, was given a test and results came back negative. My symptoms persisted for days and got worse so I tried calling in to see if I can get another diagnosis, but I couldn’t reach the NP.
