I never got good treatment from here
so the other day I went to cvs to pick up sertraline which is for my bad anxiety I deal with so they told me my refill got denied so i was like great so I called North Penn Family Medical and told them my situation and told them i need my medication and how im unstable without it they go to tell me that they cant refill it until i come in and see them after i kept telling them that i was very unstable without my medication still they refused to give me a refill and told me i had to come in and see them in four days i said ok... read more
Very good service provided, starting from front desk, nurses and doctors, all very good. Very pleasant experience with them. They all are friendly, efficient and professional. It just took me less than half an hour to finish a doctor's appointment, no wait time in between. Excellent 👍
