I went by yesterday to try and look at a used wrx I saw on their site. When I got to the dealership a man, Rob Parr I believe was his name, helped me out very much even though the car was already sold. Although I told him I wasn't interested in purchasing a new vehicle, he still took the time to explain the difference between the past 6 year models. We had a great experience with Scott Short he was an awesome salesman and not pushy at all. He answered any questions we had and was extremely knowledgeable. Malcolm was our finance guy and was a joy to deal with as well. He went above and beyond and got us the lowest interest rate possible. Overall thrilled with our experience and thrilled with my Subaru Outback!!!
Juan Garcia, sales consultant greeted us with enthusiasm. He was quite informative about what's unique about the Subaru cars, but what we really appreciated were his listening skills. There was no pressure to buy- based on what we expressed interest in, he would guide us to those cars. We certainly were impressed with each Subaru we drove in and ended up purchasing a Forester!
