This apartment complex is awful. The employees/managers are impossible to contact, their phones are disconnected and has you leave a voicemail with no reply to ever be made, also an email that no one ever replies to, constantly out of office with no way to contact anyone who works there. The apartments are completely awful they are a huge roach infestation and a huge mold problem around every single window and corner of walls. EVER WINDOW HAS MOLD. They suck wouldn’t recommend. They are not worth the price they want. And there are people that tweak in the parking lot. They are not good apartments the drains always clog up, toilet doesn’t flush correct. Poor management . Always trying to breach residents privacy. Entered my apartment without a notice . They are just overall not good, pretty much a scam . Not worth 900$ a month . They also add on some ridiculous fees such As trash and pest control that showed up twice in a 6 month span. RecommendedVisited recently and loved the new heating/air units they had just put in those are fantastic, Trane is a great brand and super quiet and efficient. The model was decorated so beautifully and the colors were very modern. Very pet friendly community, very nice and helpful staff.
Little small but my family is rather large. Love it here though. now that its warmed up my kids and i play alot on the swings and out near the soccer goals. laundry room is nice and well kept most of the time and our mail is secure. My neighbors are all kind and wonderful people parking is a bit of a competiton especially after 630 7 but thats really the only bad thing about this place. beautifully kept and they stay on their lawn care etc. not a bad place for the price.i def. call it home!
Its an okay place to live i miss our old landlord she was a bit nicer. Apartments have bugs like any other apartments and has its promblems but the new landlord is good with working with people and takes care of her residents. Bug men come out frequently and almost got the bugs under controle. Also liked it was a pet friendly place. And they do a food truck every wed. If u get into a situation where u cant afford food its a great program and great place to live apartments all have bugs and issues. Hope u enjoy your new home ... read more
They're great apartments the staff is wonderful. This has normal apartment issues but it's a great place to live.
