I had this company for my property management for an year, and wow what a pathetic service they provided. They took almost 4 months to get my house rented and never really kept me updated on anything. I always had to keep asking for updates on stuff. The worst was in they end where they handed the house back from the tenants in a very bad shape. They did not address multiple issues that i brought up. Would strongly suggest not to go with them. I currently use NPPM to manage my rental properties. I've had a really good experience with them (especially compared to some of my past experiences with other management companies)! Communication is very good. The staff is really knowledgeable and everything usually taken care in a timely manner. They've got a really good team over there and I definitely recommend them to anyone who is shopping around for one of the best management companies around!
