Gone twice for issues, and twice have they claimed they don't help with those issues. (Yet, I had my blood pressure taken, which costs money, once.) Then I called out a nurse for doing the relatively costly action and she fought with me, yelling at me twice as I was trying to leave. The nurse claimed doing at least the blood pressure was a policy, but why didn't the other nurse do it, then? And why would the umbrella organization Intermountain Hospital charge for something that isn't needed? Also, why did the nurse still fig... read more

Worst place, worst service, they lied to me and they charged me extra for services that were not provided. They sent me an extra bill even though they said that all I owed was the amount paid up front. Definitely would never recommend!!! Do not go there or to any IHC Clinic.
I love Dr. Springer! She is the best doctor I've ever had! Because she is so good, it tends to be hard to get in sometimes. I love to have a great doctor I can trust.
I was there because I had broken my foot on a Sunday. I called at 2 pm. I was told to come at 4:15. I was not seen until 5:30. We told them we lived in Logan. I needed a CAT scan in Logan and found out today I need to leave Logan and drive to Provo for the procedure. That going to be a 5 hour round trip. Very inconvenient
everyone was nice, very helpful even though they were about to close on a Sunday night
