Don’t plan on coming here unless you plan on waiting for a seriously long time...if you have a real emergency the drive to Akron Children’s and by the time the doctor sees them is still less time then Ashland. Plus Akron Children’s you get way better care
RecommendedThe therapy here at uh rehab helped me so much and I recommend it to anybody who is looking for a rehab facility, also all the staff members here were amazing to me as well!!
I can’t speak for the entire hospital but the OB/GYN office is terrible! Make sure you’re there on time! And you get to wait in the waiting room for an hour!! Why do they schedule so many people at the same time???? Then when they finally do get us in the back they act like they are doing us a favor??? We are paying them for a service and the service sucks 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ after this baby is born we will definitely be looking for a new doctor for my wife.
Recommendednurses were really nice as well as the therapy team and I would recommend this place to my family and friends!

My brother was taken to the ER as he is a truck driver and became ill on the road. He was admitted to Portage MC on August 7 2019. He was forced released in continued ill health on August 23. He was 400 miles from his home in VA. Had I not lived within 100 miles of Ravenna I’m sure the management of this hospital would have left him for dead. My Dad Was there for about 3 weeks and received the absolutely worst care a human should ever receive. He was not from there and was there because he got really sick while working. Thankfully we were able to get him out of there and home to a REAL hospital. The doctors were absolutely shocked he had been in the hospital they way his leg was. He had blisters on his legs his leg was red and super swollen and all they were worried about was him walking and not giving him pain medicine. Not mention he has open bed sores up and d... read more
