My father was hospitalized needlessly because of North Ohio Heart's westlake office medical error - a blood culture taken at the westlake office was contaminated - resulting positive for one bottle Coag Neg Staph and likely contamination. When Fairview Hospital/Cleve Clinic redid the blood culture - it showed that he did not have staph or any type of blood infection. He was hospitalized for three days for nothing.
This place is horiable and they need to step it up.This place is a joke and will never come here again.The wait is outrageous.
We love Dr. Kannensohn, he has been amazing with our little one!

RecommendedMy husband was here for stroke rehab for about 3 weeks and did great! When he first got there he could hardly move his arm or toes. When we left… He was walking with a cane and was able to lift his arm above his head when he came home. All the staff was great!! We went for a tour before he went there and right from walking in the door everyone was so friendly and helpful. The physical, occupational, and speech therapists were awesome! RecommendedI brought my 84 year old neighbor in to have a port put in and the nursing staff (Missy) was fantastic we got right in he was taken right to surgical prep kept comfortable doctor came right in and off to surgery he went The procedure was explained and they had a 3d book showing the port and a brief stay in recovery and home in no time thanks again to all the staff
RecommendedI was here for a week. Everyone was very caring. The nursing staff came everytime I needed them. The therapists were excellent and were able to help me get strong enough to go home. The doctors were attentive to my pain needs and were able to control my pain. The food was not bad for being a hospital, even got brisket for dinner.
