The practice calls with appt reminder warning you to be on time because "that time has been set aside especially for you." When I approached the desk two and one half hours still waiting for the time "saved especially for me" I was told I was next, no apology or explanation as to what happened to my " specially reserved appt". I told them to call me when the "doctor" would keep his word and my appt. No one did any follow up. Obviously if I was there for an appt I needed care or at the very least to be rescheduled. My father was hospitalized needlessly because of North Ohio Heart's westlake office medical error - a blood culture taken at the westlake office was contaminated - resulting positive for one bottle Coag Neg Staph and likely contamination. When Fairview Hospital/Cleve Clinic redid the blood culture - it showed that he did not have staph or any type of blood infection. He was hospitalized for three days for nothing.
Recommendedeveryone is so palite. Dr's do everything they can to help. I enjoy having Dr Langer.

Walk Ins welcome until 8:30 at night. Brilliant! Plus it’s charged as an office visit. I saw Nurse Carrie last night and she was awesome!!
I would refer Dr. Langer ( Cardiologist ) to anyone, I have been very satisfied with my level of care! Also Dr. Quan, ( Electrophysiologist. Also great care!
