Kim was rude and unprofessional and very dismissive of my husband’s symptoms. I’m not sure who you’re used to dealing with , but I can assure you that my husband isn’t one of them . Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere ! Only giving 1 star because Google will not allow 0 stars .
Came in for severe throat pain and pus, but the nurse dismissed me, claiming it was “just allergies.” My symptoms were ignored, and I received no testing or meaningful help. I walked out because my concerns were completely unseen and my time wasted. I would not recommend this urgent care.
Amazing and efficient staff
I’ve been treated with kindness and respect by all the staff and they took care of my medical issue.
The nurse practitioner, Natalie Easterly, I saw Friday morning was dismissive of my symptoms and severe pain in my face/ head. There was no physical exam performed (but she stated in my medical records she did) , she sat back with arms crossed and couldn’t wait to get out of the room. Went to a real doctor on Monday and was told I have shingles (which I stated to first Ms. Easterly and she was disinterested in hearing anything I had to say ).
