If Mrs. Jone (sorry if I misspelled it) is on duty shr is great. But I haven't been satisfied anyone else, I went the other day because I have had flu symptoms for 2 weeks. They gave me some scripts and told me to see and ent... for a flu! I read the after visit notes and it was a COMPLETE lie They said I had no fever, when I had told them I had one earlier that day, no sore throat, no coughing, no joint pain, vomiting, nausea, among other things. New to the area. Husband had head congestion and cough for week and woke up with severe ear pain. Went as walk in, and we didn't have to wait long at all. Filled out paperwork, paid copay, and was taken back shortly afterwards. Everyone from the front door to the PA that saw us was very nice, professional and helpful. He was given steroid shot and meds. Very good experience.
Kim was rude and unprofessional and very dismissive of my husband’s symptoms. I’m not sure who you’re used to dealing with , but I can assure you that my husband isn’t one of them . Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere ! Only giving 1 star because Google will not allow 0 stars .
Came in for severe throat pain and pus, but the nurse dismissed me, claiming it was “just allergies.” My symptoms were ignored, and I received no testing or meaningful help. I walked out because my concerns were completely unseen and my time wasted. I would not recommend this urgent care.
