My son is a tenants at North Oaks. He moved in Oct 2011 and in December his toilet quit flushing. It took them 2 months to fix it. They would send maintenance who told my son that there was nothing wrong with it although they could not get it to flush. They said there was nothing they could do. We ended up having to privately get it fixed. At the beginning of the heat this summer, his air conditioning went out. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! The office staff will take FOREVER to process your application. Once you move in, you will have issue after issue. I wish somebody wouldve warned me before I moved in here!
