This is one star too many. I went here on a recommendation while trying to find a local dentist. My first appointment was a cleaning. My first impression was that the staff in the office outnumbered the patients 2:1. I was taken back and given 12 individual xrays and then a full mouth scan. I expressed my opinion that this was overkill but was told they needed all of these to see everything properly (This has thus been disproved by 2 other dentists). RecommendedDr Daboul and his assistant Natalia are the best. I mean the best. I was terrified when I walked into Bright side Dental. They were professional and he actually listened to my fears. My experience was Painless. I was all smiles and hugging everyone in the office by the end. Thanks so much guys. I will recommend you to all my friends and family. And strangers. This is some time coming, but I wanted to thank you and all of your staff for the long, hard work you did on my mouth. You may recall, I had bone loss above one of my front teeth and the crown I had was receding (there was a gap). It took a while but all is well and I now not only have a happy mouth but my amazing smile back. See you soon for a cleaning!
The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The girl who did my x-rays and mouth guard was pleasant and kind. Sheryl, the dental hygienist, was gentle and really nice. Dr. Daboul is very knowledgeable and is a great dentist. They were great when taking out my wisdom teeth and understanding and helpful when I didn't have insurance. It's a great place to go!
