This place is terrible. You will not have peace and quiet living here. There is a bunch of loud, trashy inconsiderate people here.

i moved in with roach problems amd six months later i still live with roaches...they refuse the refund my money and are forcing a lawsuit....unless u like paying the roaches rent id go elsewhere. just a lil peice of the evidence i have.
Been going downhill for some time.. I've been here going on 5 years and my disappointment only grows.. going on a month on a basic dishwasher installation..."waiting on ordered parts" there's a Lowe's 10 minutes from here they could have parts in hand in 30mins. I'm also very tired of feeling nickeled and dimed, they have been raising rent $40-50 at resign and adding to the flat rate utilities for "inflation". Do yourself a favor and try to get a house it's not worth it here. Also I've only seen the pool open 2/5yrs.
