I have to say that Danielle is awesome BUT it is so frustrating to be told that you have to wait all day to bring in your sick child. I also have to agree with the above post. Whoever answers the phone/makes appointments is very rude and she doesn't like to hear it if you tell her that you need to see a doctor soon.
