I previously had FMLA paperwork for 2 days a month if needed through Aetna. My company changed providers so I came to have FMLA papers filled out the same way with the new company. Dr. Street absolutely refused after we discussed it during the appt where we discussed having the papers redone and at that point he said he would get them filled out. I will be finding another provider and will NEVER recommend anyone in this office again.
They would not listen to my grandsons parents, as they were trying to tell them what was going on. They would not run the test on him to determine the cause. So they had to take him to the ER and they transported him to Memphis, he had the same thing his father did when he was born. They tried on more than one occasion to get them to check for this and they never did!!!
RecommendedWe love Dr.Eric Street and Dr.Van Stone!! They both have helped tremendously when my little boy was sick!!!

I absolutely love the nurses at this hospital! The healthcare team has treated us with so much respect and have interacted with my toddler so well! The absolute best hospital I have ever been in!

Amazing nurses and staff! Love that we are comfortable and feel very welcomed! This is an amazing facility and the doctors are very thorough! Hate we had to stay here but loved the nurses and staff!
