From submitting the correct paperwork to making sure they keep information up to date in your file. Mr oduro is a Great doctor and needs a better office. As far as his front office goes HORRIBLE isn’t the only word I would use to describe them. They don’t know what they’re doing and it shows. If I could give zero stars I would , front desk lady Albaluisa is rude. Talks on the phone in front of patients and is very demanding. This place has roaches, not only does albaluisa have her lunch bag sitting in the colposcopy room all day she also EATS in there. They don’t wash their hands after each and every patient. & their definition of “cleaning” the rooms after each patient is just changing the paper on the exam beds.
The representative told me the wrong date for my appointment and no one called to remind me. I would not recommend this place to anyone else
