I have not been here in 8 years. Yesterday I remembered why. I sat in the X-Ray waiting room for over two hours and not one person ever even spoke to me. Not one other person was in the waiting room with me and at one point a nurse walked through the room I was in and never even I acknowledged that I was there she just went about her own business. Will never go back there. If I loose an arm I would drive 15 minutes down the road to another hospital before I ever go here again
This place is the biggest joke I've ever been to. My son went in for an outpatient x ray. Admissions was so busy talking between themselves it took 10 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. An hour and a half later he still hadn't been X-Rayed so we left. If you value yourself at all don't go to this place. They don't care about their patients one bit. I hate this place.
My child is on arkids1st got sick had to go to er on a Saturday and we don't run to the hospital unless it's bad. I know some people run to the er like a Drs office. Well anyway got a $800 bill! If I had $800 she sure wouldn't be on the state insurance! I was told to dispute the bill and it would most like be written off, well it just got turned into collections with no answer to the dispute I was told to write!
Had my experience of the years with many hospitals and when I first seen this hospital I thought by appearances it was a dump. I was so wrong the employees are kind professional and some of the things I seen the put up with in the ER while there was horrifying. These people were strung out on drugs cussing and they handled it with p0rofessionalism and I was impressed. This was the worst experience I have encountered!!! I went to get an xray and it took 5 hours! They were not busy because everyone knows not to go there. I will not go back!
