Very disappointed, dr assistant won't follow up ..with scheduling appointments I have to call each time. Durant sessions. And when call. Front desk. Have no f...idea. of what is going on..stay a way from this place....just waist of time and money..

This was my first time with North Memorial and chose this location as it was close to me. I went in for an annual physical and they drew my blood but the lab tech nicked a nerve. Least to say, I will not be retuning to any North Memorial locations.
