Very comfortable gym to get in a work out. Whatever your goals are they have what you need to achieve them. Great family friendly gym.
I love love love the 5:30 am classes #530club!! We do Body sculpt, circuit training, Spin, and P90X!! The club makes sure we have certified and professional instructors! The front desk staff is friendly and greets you when you come and leave! Come join us! You won’t regret it!!
NLRAC is my happy place every Monday and Wednesday morning.
I love the NLAC I think is the club in the whole area it has everything needed to work our I love the silver sneakers class Lupe is my favorite instructor she is very good with our class everyone love her she has a great personality and I love the hot tub wish it wouldn't break as much and everyone is very nice at the club I love going there
This athletic club is the BEST! They are like family to us � you couldn’t ask for a better staff. They have became some of my good friends. Levi, Sydney, Emma and that’s just a few. U won’t regret joining this gym:)
The staff is always friendly, supportive and helpful, the amenities are amazing, practicable and applicable for our family with two small children. The membership staff tolerate my husband constantly (accidentally��) taking the towels home and filling up our linen closet to the point that I fear we will be arrested �(I returned them all).
