I've had a bad cough and earache for 2 weeks now. Decided go to Urgent Care. Got there at 8:30 and finally was called back at 9:30. The NP was not very friendly and then I waited 20 minutes in the exam room. Saw the Doc for 5 minutes. The medication he prescribed for my cough, did not work and made me sick. I've been going here for over 25 years and this was the worst I've experienced...
Showed up with some gnarly bronchitis which for an asthmatic is rough, waited less than 10 min. To be seen. Dr Beverly steinmen (I think) was very nice and listened well. Had an xray. Sent home with antibiotics & cough medicine to rest. I honestly wished she took full time patients. Will be back
I had a hurt back. Only waited about 30 minutes which is amazing for urgent care and wayyyyy faster than any ER. They also apparently take appointments if you know you're gonna have to go in. They had chairs, water, tv, and magazines for the wait too. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr listened and examined and I was in and out quickly. I will absolutely be back for any of mine or my families needs.
I severly cut my finger and they got me fixed up quickly. They've seen me for a few illnesses that needed antibiotics and always took under and hr (er would have been worse). Staff was friendly and very througho, which was really helpful as I'm breastfeeding. Gladly go back when I'm in a pinch.
My dad went in for a foreign object in his eye and he is still waiting to be seen by someone to have it taken out. This place does not care about people who need help. Oh by there is no other patients in the waiting area
We are traveling so we understand getting medical care can be difficult. But, to hand over the insurance card and sit and spend 20 minutes filling out medical forms (two of which asked essentially the same questions) only to be told you wouldn't take our insurance? That's not very nice. Oh, but you did give us the name of a clinic that would. I guess that makes it ok.
