Caution ⛔️ ! I have just received a summons for under $200. Being served I was told they are serving summons under $40. They don’t have my correct info except home address and I did not know my insurance had a balance. This is during COVID and what is worse private information was shared (HIPPA) with the legal firm and the collection agency. I will never go to this shame practice again. Don’t bother making an appt. Being told “you’re at the top of the list” after an hour of waiting, and then watching 3 go back before your child is called is maddening. I don’t think the girls at the front desk know what’s going on! So many people in the waiting room hacking and coughing. There are masks at the front door for a reason. Would be nice if the office staff enforced it! This will be the last time I come here. All done.
I was seen for throat pain. I was given no prescription and was told to go home and drink tea.. My blood pressure was never taken....now i have to go to Harrison for proper treatment. So displeased.
Every time I go here we have had excellent care but not this time. I took my son in due to being very sick for 2 weeks. The PA said he heard wheezing but it didn’t sound bad enough to take X-ray and said to increase inhaler. That was it, he wasn’t concerned because my son had no fever. I was still worried so I took my son to a different urgent care and guess what? My son tested positive to the flu and bacterial pneumonia with a temperature of 98.7. I'm always treated well when I have to drop in. The staff is understanding and try to be respectful of your time.
The staff is wonderful! They were dealing with power outages and still got me in for a few stitches. Brandon had a great sense of humor and Dr. Diamond was awesome! (Even if he is a Coug, lol)
I found everyone at the clinic to be caring and good at their jobs. Nicole Writer is our family caregiver. She gives me all time I need. Thank you Nicole for taking care of my husband and I.
Today I was brought in here for urgent care on my hand. The doctor Dr Garrett Soames did a great job with my fear of the procedure (6 stiches), Brandon did a great job woth my fear of shots, and the receptionist was great! Thank you!
