the doctor is sweet and attentive, however his staff… RUDE & beyond disrespectful. for no reason.. don’t let you finish a sentence, are not helpful at all.. smirk and talk over you. seriously the worst set of front desk staff i’ve ever met at any pediatrician. i wouldn’t recommend just for that reason alone. so glad i pulled my baby from them! just be aware of what you’ll deal with up front.
2 stars for Savany & him alone. I have been bringing my child to Njp for 15 years, but we are officially changing offices. I love Dr Savany, but I have finally had it with his staff. They are some of the rudest, most unprofessional beings I’ve ever encountered and they are ALWAYS like that. Doesn’t matter what you need. I’ve dealt with this as long as I can stand it. I’m not sure how someone hasn’t slapped the taste out of one of the little girls mouths.
I have been taking my kids here since birth. My oldest is now 7. I will admit, at first I was super skeptical as it’s more of a small town type of clinic, and a handful of staff. Literally. But I stayed, and trusted my instincts. There has been one nurse that’s been there since before we started, and she is honestly sweet, and compassionate. She doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions you may have, and you can just tell she understands the mom life. The visits are incredibly short! But it’s not a rush you out type of short.... read more
If I could give it 0 stars I would. First he grabs my son by his hair and pulls his head over to look in his ears. Second my oldest kids have been on the same meds for over a year and he wants them to come back every month instead of every 3 months like every other pediatrician. Seems like some insurance fraud going on. Third his staff are extremely rude.
