Wow - I have never been treated so rudely. I called looking for a couple parts for my sons car as he had a fender bender on his first car. Talked to a woman then she handed the phone to a guy, I tried to ask for a deal as the price was 100$ more than other sites, He said, "Why should I"....Then he told me to "Go to Amazon" and hung up on me! absolutely the worst, highest prices, unbelievably bad management, they refuse to refund or try to talk you out of it and if you don't do what they want they'll turn very snappy and act mentally disturbed.....the employees are all illegal aliens who live in vehicles on the premises like small campers....the owner is from Saudi Arabia and he is the most unlikeable, detestable person you can ever meet, he would screw his own mother for an extra two dollars.

If I could give this place -20 stars, I would. Never ever come here! Management is absolutely terrible. I would consider myself a nice person, but this place got me fired up. Horrible "help" on the phone even with the several people i talked to. The main woman in charge even hung up on me when i was blankly asking information and said "I needed to get over it" when I called back for clarification. Absolutely terrible. I visited North Imports Auto parts searching for parts for my Lexus at least 4 different times in 2014. I have pulled and purchase parts from salvage yards all over the Twin Cities and have realistic expectations for service and prices. If you make the long drive out, you will find parking for a 3-4 vehicles at most on the side of service road near the entrance. No parking at the place of business. No signs anywhere. Went up there for a part and they told me they were too busy, told me to go to the dealership. I was the only one there!!!. The place was really cluttered and not a legitimate business. Be aware, don't waist your time!

I am so grateful for North Imports south of Shakopee. Two businesses referred me there and I am very pleased with the excellent customer service, the very fair price which was reduced from the original quote, and the quality of both products I purchased. This definitely made my day and I give the business four bright stars! Thank you, North Imports!

"Doesn't Recommend".... that's a bit of the understatement and doesn't completely reflect my experiences at that place or convey my feelings toward this "operation" (one cannot possibly call it a business). Basically, my experience had been a duplicate of that deenoree had at this place. The part "magically" increased in price from the phone quote to the time I got there. Tricky business – I was quoted for a $1,200 used engine assy but they billed me for $1,300. Tony (the owner) explained the extra $100 was the engine core deposit, I would get $100 back after the engine core was returned. The core has later been returned but they refused to refund the $100 core deposit. They said the reciept indicated no core charge so no core credit were being refunded. I also filed a complaint with BBB.

run away – I called this place for a radio for my Nissan thinking hey I have been to a few salvage yards maybe they might have one, they did! So I went there today and could barely get to the door with all their junk everywhere. So after climbing around engines, the fork lift and fenders I finally got inside. Then I was not greeted but rudely asked what did I want? After saying about the radio they said I could try it out because they do not give any warranty and guess what it didn
