The staff is very friendly and the physical therapists are fantastic!! The WiFi wouldn’t accept new adds so that was frustrating as I needed to look up websites to pick doctors for my mother. I also needed to send and receive documents for her healthcare but couldn’t do it due to no WiFi. Food was good and consistent with feeding times. The people there want to do their best. The staff would never return calls or emails. Had a family member leave facility they were suppose to call set up homes services. This never happened. An they tell you one week ahead of time when being discharged not much notice
the facility is new and modern however the cafeteria area is not kept clean. I asked repeatedly for a blanket, and tv remote to no avail. and for every good staff member there too are slackers. night facility management apparently aren't too observant.
Horrible, severely understaffed. Short of supplies, son had to go to CVS to buy enemas for the nurse as they were out and no one else there to go. Would have to wait 30 minutes to just get a towel. Physical therapists were very good. Nurses tried their best with very little or no help. McDonalds breakfast about 3 times when cook didn't show up. The lady in charge was removed about 3 days before my wife left. The new guy was adding staff. This was in January of 2018.
Staff is wonderful and attentative, facility is new and very nice.
The place is amazing ! The inside is very pretty and reminds me of a hotel. Good care for patients.
Beautiful community with wonderful and welcoming staff!
