Real Pros We've had our two Toyotas regularly serviced here over the past 8 years. The have an outstanding team of service reps who are extremely courteous, professional and well-informed. They offer a free shuttle service to take you to work or home in the area while your car is being worked on. I often feel I'm being ripped off when I go to a mechanic, but I never get any pressure to get additional work done. NEVER GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE! Never get your car fixed here. They have screwed me over twice! I will never go back. Julio in the service department is a con artist. I came in to get my car fixed for the re-call and when I came to pick it up I had a bill for a minor service, oil and filter change that I never asked for. Crooked Bastards North Hollywood Toyota's service department is staffed with Crooks. Two weeks ago we brought our Yaris in for an oil change. Last Saturday the car broke down and upon checking the oil level it was empty. We had three separate people check the oil and all three came to the same conclusion. We had it towed back to NOHO Toyota where the original service was done.
