Hard for the Wait This is a review of their Parts and Services. (The phone no. is really 888 520 5000; Insider Pages won't post a toll free no.). Since I have a Toyota, I go here because its the closest and most convenient. That said, the service is mostly solid--sometimes fast, sometimes very slow. my car to be delivered as it was. Service was good and prompt. But I was promised a complimentary car wash with my service and this is the second time that this wasn't done when I picked up my vehicle. They offered to washed it then but would take 25 mins. When they said it was ready, it should have been washed and I don't have time to wait to be washed, I was on my lunch break and it took awhile for my car to be delivered as it was.
review worst dealer ever was shopping for a new camry and went here as its nearby even though friends had told me horror stories about this place its all true worst dealer waste your time and sales people are rude treat with no professionalism at all. prices are way over anywhere else so dont waste your time here its ok to just check out the cars but buying a car here forget it. manager is even worse than the sales person bunch of sleezeballs!!!!!!!! go to hammer if your serious

I bought my 4runner from this place. I love my car but their service is not the greatest. I went in to buy a light bulb for my backlight because it was out and I had told the customer service what car I had and which backlight it was for. She gave me this light buld and I paid for it. Before I walked out of the store I double checked with her to make sure it was right because I did not want to come back. So I left the store went home and tried to fix my light.
