My husband and I have lived at North Hills Village for 33 years, and we loved it. The apartment layout was so skillfully planned with the 2 hallways that were private from the living room and dining room, to say nothing of the NINE roomy closets and the oversize windows that let in so much light. I want to comment on the manger Annette. She is outstanding.
Me and my family lived here for 10 years and the only reason we moved was that we got a house. The apartments are larger than anything else you'll find (1200 sqft), and the rent is much lower than the surrounding area. The management and maintenance people are very nice and accommodating. Anytime we had an issue they immediately took care of it. Its also really nice having a pool in the summer! Downtown Northville is a mile bike ride away.
