I always go to this place to buy any vehicle I bought a used 2020 toyota corolla, a 2021 rav4 hybrid when started my landscaping business i needed a truck they got me in my first truck a 2023 toyota tacoma sr . UPDATE: The service manager sympathized with my need for a loaner vehicle and approved to cover it for the duration of my need for a vehicle. I consider this great customer service! Shorkey Toyota Service is terrible. I purchased a certified used vehicle and the transmission went at 83k miles. After having my vehicle there for one full week just to determine if it’s covered or not, the transmission is on back order and the Shorkey service manager will not cover a loaner vehicle while I wait 1-3 months for the transmission. Process was easy. Jennifer Yeager was very friendly and provided great conversation. They got the deal done and made the whole process pretty painless. 1/29/26 - I just bought another truck from Jennifer Yeager and this time was even better than last! Last time was 5 stars so this time has to be 6 stars! I need an extra star!! The whole team was so friendly and the process was painless! Dare I say enjoyable!!!
