Do you like being woken up at 7:45am by the soothing sounds of Lawnmowers, leaf blowers & weed eaters? Well, then you will love this place! Come take part in the festivities where you can have the dirt from the parking lot blown all over your vehicle! The fun never ends, especially if you are fortunate enough to score a parking space with a mud pit, so when it rains, you can get the inside of your car just as dirty as the outside!
I have been here for 17 years now, new manager Lucy and our maintenance man David who have been here 1 year or more have been the two most on the spot to take of any service calls and issues I have turned in for a long time . They are always been very courteous to me and do there best to keep property clean. I hope they stick around because we have had too many managers over the years.
I NEED TO GET A HOLD OF THE OWNER, SO PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME ONCE YOU SEE THIS. NEED TO GET SOME STUFF SITUATED .THERE'S NOTHING MANAGEMENT CAN DO ABOUT IT(THEY TRY THEIR BEST) BUT THE OWNER . THERE'S NO WAY YOU CAN CHARGE 2K IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RENEW AND WANT TO DO MONTH TO MONTH INSTEAD, SPECIALLY WHEN THESE APATRMENTS NEED INTERNAL REPAIR AND PLENTY OF WORK DONE. WOULD RATHER SOLVE THIS THAN GO ABOVE YOU GUYS .

Ms. Lucy the leasing agent is an absolute gem. My experience living here has been so peaceful and simple, while all still being affordable. This place is a blessing in my eyes!!! Very safe, a nice community:)
