They are a gentle stick! The staff treats you with kindness. The most I have ever waited more than 10 minutes.

The staff is very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, understanding, and friendly. The recliners are very comfortable, they staff offers pillows, and blankets, and they have a snack area with drinks, chips, etc. This place above and beyond to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible! If you ever need an infusion I highly recommend you or your loved ones give this place a try!
Had to do this one my personal experience here has been nothing but great. I do 4 hour infusions 4 times a year. They have snacks and are attentive to my needs I love the blankets would be nice if they were heated but that's a stretch. These ladies and nurses really look after me well. The front office or administrative aspect I've never had any issues other than the Drs. Messing up the orders which they corrected so I could get treated.
