I was a patient of Doctor Cobb and don't have any complaints about him, but the nurses there—most of them—should find different job. One nurse who was drawing blood from my vein pierced right through it and then moved the needle around under my skin, trying to find the vein. Been going to this clinic for years, first with Dr. Jock Cobb and now with Dr. Chris Cobb. I feel like this staff truly cares about my health. I feel heard, I feel taken seriously, I feel cared for. Dr. Chris Cobb spends the time to assess my whole condition. He seems to truly want to find the best treatment for me and educate me on how to navigate a complex medical system in order to get the best from all my doctors. They tried to do half of my lab work in house and half out of house. I told the nurse i didn't want to do that. I wanted the lab work to be done at once. Then, I informed the woman at the checkout desk that I was supposed to he getting my bloodwork done out of house entirely. I guess she didn't hear me and continued to try to book an appointment for lab work in house. I informed her again and she became visibly frustrated. At this point I started to get frustrated. Dr Burns is the best! We all love him. Great Dr.!!!
Husband is leaving this clinic because “Office policy” to see a senior on statins is every 3 months w bloodwork after taking these meds for years. He chose not to do this so he has been deemed noncompliant and told it would be written in his record. ! Firing Dr. Cobb and going elsewhere.! Could this be a key factor to rising healthcare?
